Lucille J. Bradshaw

Lucille J. Bradshaw, age 98, of Akron, passed away on January 15, 2025. She was born in Lindside, WV on August 19, 1926 to Sherman and Mollie (Johnson) Jackson. She moved to Ohio in the late 1940's after marrying her husband Wilford in West Virginia. She was a longtime member of the Arlington Church of the Nazarene and participated in the Akron community by volunteering for Project Learn of Summit County. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Wilford; son James; daughter Deborah Dean; and 9 siblings.

 Lucille is survived by her loving grandsons Brent Dean, Brandon (Caralyn Benedict) Dean and Christopher Langston great granddaughter Madilyn Langston; great-granddaughter Caitlyn Langston; siblings Judy Mann and Sue Abbott; and many nieces and nephews. 

A Graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Friday January 24th at 11:00 AM.
