Lynnette R. Greer

Lynnette R. Greer, 51, of Rittman, passed away on November 17, 2022. She was born on November 27, 1970 in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from Barberton High School with the class of 1989. She worked many years as a Machine Operator. Lynnette enjoyed listening to music and watching movies. She also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, but most importantly she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lynnette was known for her one-of-a-kind crocheted afghans and other gifted items.
She was preceded in death by her parents Candace J. Hooks & Garland Rush; and son Naim Habeeb-ullah.
Lynnette will be missed by her loving family, her husband of 24 years, Roger L. Greer III; children Candace (Stashia) Brumley-Ingol, Terrell Greer, Troy Greer, Roger "Boss" Greer IV, Michael Goodwin, Leah'A (Savon) Greer-Collins and special son Terrence Auman; 14 grandchildren including her best friend and granddaughter AiYonnah Ingol; brothers Clarence Ingol, Daymond Hooks, and Demetrius Richardson; sisters Crystal Ingol, Chanel Richardson, Corrine Hooks & Ronda Janell Odedina.; mother-in-law Carole E. Greer; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday (November 28th) from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron).
