Madison Paige Haggard

An Angel gone too soon, Madison Paige Haggard received her wings on February 23, 2017 at the age of 17. Madison was born on October 18, 1999 in Akron, Ohio, attended Hyre Community Learning Center and was currently a junior at Ellet High School. The quote, "Though she be but little, she is fierce" is a true reflection of the beautiful character and qualities Madison shared with the world. In the face of her physical ailments, she shined brightly, maintained her unwavering positive mindset and excelled at everything she put her mind to. Her quick-witted sense of humor and loving spirit brought joy to those around her, and her intelligence always brought straight A's. She loved expressing herself artistically through makeup and drawings; she enjoyed traveling and living life to the fullest. Madison is an inspiration to this world and a she is a true testament that nothing can hold you back if you have the will to succeed.

She was the centerpiece that created the deep bond she had with each family member and her sweet spirit will be dearly missed beyond measure by her parents, Lisa and Perry Haggard; siblings, Tim Haggard, Renee (Stacey) Rogers, Lindsey Haggard and Brooke Haggard; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 from 3-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A service to celebrate Madison's life will take place immediately following calling hours at 7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made in Madison's name to the family in care of the funeral home.
