Mae L. Dorner
Mae L. Dorner, 96, of Akron, passed away February 18, 2002 at Akron City Hospital. She was born December 29, 1905 in Lexington KY to the late Harold & Laura (Kelly) Byram. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, John E. Dorner of Akron; daughters Lauretta Hutchinson of CA and Edna Starcher of Akron; sons Harold (Sonja) Edwards and Robert (Thelma) Edwards, both of Akron; 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. with Pastor Sherman Bailey officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
