Margaret A. Davis
Margaret A. Davis, 75, of Springfield Twp., passed away October 2, 2007 at Akron City Hospital. She was born July 12, 1932 in Tarentum PA to the late James R. & Alice I. (Graff) McGrath. Margaret was a great cook and was employed as such for the Springfield Township Schoo System. She loved her family and in her free time enjoyed camping in their motor home and traveling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Charles E. Henline III. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Paul R. Davis; daughters, Margaret Henline, Sally (Kenneth) Tifft and Nancy (Michael) Mertz; sons, Daniel P. Davis and James R. (Cindy) Davis; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Irene Walker; brothers, James (Esther) McGrath, Frank McGrath and Harold McGrath. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 - 6 p.m. at 844 West Portage Trail Extension, Akron OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
