Margaret A. Moore, 77, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 following a prolonged illness. She was born June 7, 1936 in Akron, Ohio to the late David and Missouri Cole.
Margaret graduated from East High School, enjoyed her work with the former Kroger grocery store in Akron and volunteered at Akron General Hospital. She loved dancing with her partner Ron Smith and being 'Grandma'.
Margaret is survived by her children; Gary Boley, Shari Moore and Scott Doyle, life partner Ron Smith, grandchildren; Brendan, Katie, Ross and Rick, sister Elizabeth Schlege.
Friends and family may call 12-2 pm on Monday, January 20, 2014 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, following visitation, at the funeral home with Pastor Paul Markland officiating.
