Margaret Aleva
Margaret Aleva (nee Nagy), beloved mother of Nancy, Les, and Marjorie went home to the Lord God with Jesus Christ as her Savior on October 21, 2010. Margaret was born in Crescent, Ohio on November 8, 1913 to Steve and Rose Nagy. She was married to the late Leslie Aleva, Sr., on August 30, 1947 until his death on April 21, 2003. Margaret and Leslie moved to Akron, Ohio with their family in 1959. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters: Rose Kolozsi, Elizabeth Josefczyk, Steve Nagy, Joseph Nagy, infant brother Joseph Nagy, and her mother and father. She was devoted to her family, always putting the family needs above her own. Her primary goal in life was to be a good mother to her children. Margaret had a sweet disposition, healing touch, selfless devotion, and compassion toward others. She brought a light to the life of her children which will always be remembered, and she will forever be loved. Margaret's children wish to thank her physician, Dr. Kenrick Bashor, for his compassionate care. The love and friendship that Margaret and Dr. Bashor shared was always a comfort to her. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial at Hillside Memorial Park.
