Margaret V. Blumenstine
May 26, 1925 — April 11, 2017
Margaret V. Blumenstine, 91, of Akron, passed away April 11, 2017. Margaret retired from Goodyear with over 40 years of service. She raised four girls on her own, she loved her animals and she was a great mother and a great person to all who knew her.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Bob and she is survived by daughters, Janie (Jack), Betty, Mary (Dale) and April (Chuck); grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank Heartland Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to mom.
A service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 10:30 am, immediately followed by visitation from 11 am -1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron. She will be laid to rest at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
