Margaret "Peggy" C. Coleman (Willfinger)
Margaret C. Coleman, 80, of Akron, went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2008. Peggy was born July 19, 1927 in Mt. Holly, New Jersey to the late Frank and Louise Shannon. Peggy was a devout Christian whose loves included her family, her church family, painting, and dancing. She will be deeply missed by her children, Jody (Richard) Hilty, Linda Bloniarz, John Willfinger, Terry (Jerry) Hoover, Adrienne (Alex) Canales, and Kelly (Rob) Butler; sister, Lorraine Rocco; brother, Frank (Shirley) Shannon; grandchildren, Trish, Greg, Ricky, Eric, Stephanie, Danny, Megan, David, Philip, and Jessica, also Jennifer, Jeremy, and Jaclyn; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Nathan, Hannah, and Dylan, also Tahyna . The family would like to thank all the special staff at Barberton Citizens Hospital and the CCU for the care given to Peggy. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., immediately followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. officiated by the Restored Church of God. Private burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
