Margaret Devaul

Margaret L. DeVaul, 86, joined her husband Homer and daughter Patti on February 8, 2016. She was born in McKinleyville, WV on January 26, 1930 to the late Joseph and Stella Marcinek. She is survived by her children Randy (Sandy) DeVaul, Joy (Chuck) Mick, and Janet (Richard) Buntain; grandchildren, Christopher DeVaul, Brandon and Alexi Mick, Justin, Jordan and Ryan Buntain; great-grandson, Grayson DeVaul; very special friends, Jeff and Linda Jarvis.

Margaret was the matriarch of the family. Her heart of gold and love for family knew no bounds. She was the retired President of what is now the DeVaul-Buntain Insurance Agency. Together with Homer they built a successful business. Their travels with Jeff and Linda were filled with joy and laughter.

The family would like to thank the staff at Mulberry Gardens and Paula from Hospice of VNS for all the love and care given.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 12-2pm followed by a 2pm memorial service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron, OH 44333.
