Margaret Ellen Gully (Walker), 73, loving mother of five daughters, Kathryn Gully (deceased), Patricia (Alan) Forbes, Maria (Scott) Crawford, Karen Cole, and Frances Gully; beloved grandmother of Tabatha, Andrew, Anthony, Jacquelyne, Gabriella, Danielle, and Chandler; great-grandmother of Alexandria; beloved sister of Wilma Petenbrink, William Walker, and Thomas Walker, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 16, 2010. The last year of her life was a journey that allowed many lives to be impacted by her outlook to each new day and its challenges. She had a childlike quality that enabled her to accept people for who they were, and to be content with any circumstance that came her way; never complaining, always laughing. We will miss her laugh, her sense of humor, her singing, her drive, and her determination. Her passion and dedication to her work will always be remembered. She was a simple, wonderful lady, best described as a sweet, sweet spirit. A memorial service will be held at Christian Healthcare Ministries, 127 Hazelwood Ave., Barberton, OH, 44203, on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 11 am, with interment immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Destiny Treatment Center, www.newdestinytreatmentcenter.org, or Christian Broadcasting Network, www.cbn.com.
