Margaret A. Paulin, age 54, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 15, 2021, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She won her angel wings. She was born in Akron on September 9, 1967 to William J. and Gloria A. (Cross) Paulin. Margaret spent many years working for White Swan Dry Cleaners in Tallmadge.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, William and Gloria (Cross) Paulin and her brother, Tom Speas. She is survived by her twin sister, Mary (David) Kisamore; sisters, Karen Speas and Laurie (Ron) Hamlin; brothers, Pete (LouAnn) Speas and Michael (Lisa) Paulin; numerous relatives and friends, and the best dog in the world, "Rocky" who was always by her side.
Margaret had a beautiful smile and soul. She was always quick with a joke and her laughter was contagious. Everyone who knew her knows she cared about everything, no matter how big or small. She was an angel in Human form.
Special thanks to the three musketeers: Carol Cooper Peacock, Teri Sweeney, and Jaci Sweeney Shreve for all their help and support for the past several years. Sisters by heart!!
Thank you to the hospice nurses at Summa Health Systems for your kindness and dedication to Margaret's care.
Friends and family may gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate Margaret's precious life. Family will have a private burial service at a later date.
