Margaret Sears

Margaret W. Sears, 87, of Tallmadge, went Home to be with the Lord on April 6, 2016. Margaret was born in Elmira, WV on November 28, 1928 to the late Letcher and Ida See. She settled in Cuyahoga Falls with her beloved husband Ernie Sears and family. Margaret was a restaurant manager in Stow for over 30 years before her retirement and she enjoyed church, music, friends and spending time with her family. She had an outgoing personality and her friendliness always put a smile on your face; she will be dearly missed by all.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, and her son, Ernie L. Sears. She is survived by her son, Bob (Kim) Sears; brothers, Melvin and Dale See; sisters, Effie McCumbers and Sadie Smarr; grandchildren, Cheri and Don Sears, Autumn Goffinet, Ashley and Brenton Sears; great-grandchildren, Amanda, Hope, Christian and Melody; and great-great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Jeremiah.

Friends will be received from 1-4 pm on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where the funeral service will be held at 11 am on Monday, April 11, 2016. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
