Margie Neal-McDonald passed away on February 17, 2024 at the age of 82. She was born on September 13, 1943 to the late Willie Finn and Lesta McDonald in Columbia, Alabama. She was married to Morgan Neal on November 19, 1958 and went on to have seven children. She moved to Akron, Ohio on January 6, 1975. She devoted her life to the church at an early age and would often bring her grandkids so that they would also love the Lord. She loved fishing and spending time with her children. Her children will remember her for teaching them how to cook and fish. She will be loved and remembered always.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Charles Neal; brother, C.W. Conley; grandsons, Lafayette Martin, Jr., Cortez Davis and LaShawn Williams; and sister, Willa Mae.

Those who are left to cherish her memory are her children, Chester Neal, Penny Shropshire, Martha (John) Thomas, William Neal, Bobby Neal and Kay McReynolds; brother, Eric Finn; 46 grandchildren; 86 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 11am until the time the Funeral Service begins at 1pm.
