Margie R. Stillwell



Margie R. Stillwell, 88, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2008. She was born on September 21, 1919 in Leipzig, Ohio to the late Judson and Mary Measell. Margie graduated from Barberton High School and retired from Akron Public Schools Central Kitchen in 1981. She was a member of Goodyear Heights Presbyterian Church, Eastern Star, Red Hat Ladies Club, and was a Democratic Precinct Committee Woman. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Dewey L. Stillwell on October 4, 2007. She is survived by her son Edward (Audrey); grandchildren Bradley (Barbie) and Jenette (Jon); and great-grandson Daniel Wesley. Calling hours will be Thursday, 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. where a celebration of life will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Harbor Light Hospice, 734 C Alpha Dr. Highland Heights, OH 44143.
