Marguerite Marie Carter, 93, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Mulberry Gardens in Munroe Falls. She was born September 10, 1927 in Macedonia to Floyd and Ida Ackerman.
She was preceded in death by son Stephen in 1959.
Marguerite graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1945. She retired from Akron National Bank as a secretary in the Trust Department. She enjoyed sewing, reading, gardening and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 70 years, Russell K. Carter; daughter Suzanne (Mike) Frederick of Stow; son Mark (Tami) Carter of Cuyahoga Falls; five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held. The family would like to thank the staff at Homestead Hospice and Mulberry Gardens for their care. Memorials in Marguerite's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
