Marian E. (Elio) Cores
Marian E. (Elio) Cores, 74, of Peninsula, Ohio, passed away on November 28, 2004. She was born February 23, 1930 in Akron, to the late Joseph and Mary (Libertine) Elio. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her infant son, John Cores. Marian is survived by her daughters, Bobby (Bryan) Dean of Stow, Jackie (David) Smerk of Cuyahoga Falls, and Karen (Brian) Karlovec of Ravenna; son, Bill (Billie) Cores of Medina; grandchildren, Samantha, Lindsey, Jeffrey, Danielle, Alexandra, Mitchel, Erika and Ryan; and one great-grandson, Baby Jordan. She was loved by all, and leaves behind many loved ones. Calling hours will be held TODAY from 4 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron and on Thursday from 10 - 11 a.m. at New Life Episcopal Church, 13118 Church Ave. N.W., Uniontown, OH 44685 where funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Stephanie A. Pace officiating.
