Marian W. Kirsch (nee Grosenbaugh), was born in Canton, Ohio on Dec. 5, 1919 and died of cancer on Jan. 25, 2007 in Akron, OH. She was a graduate of Canton McKinley High School. Marian is preceded in death by parents Ethel and Charles Lester Grosenbaugh, brothers Kean Grosenbaugh and Charles Grosenbaugh; sisters Frances Greth and Elizabeth Marie. Loving mother of Garry Kirsch (Lynette) Uniontown, OH, Roland Kirsch (Marie) North Canton., OH, and Randy A. Kirsch (Paula) Glastonbury, Conn.; sister Jean Delau (Alvin) Rocky River, OH, ; brother Dr. Clare Grosenbaugh (Donna) Grand Rapids, MI; Loving Grandmother of Jill Kirsch, Hartville, OH; Brion Kirsch (Carly) and Scott Kirsch Glastonbury, Conn., Heidi Broskowitz (Ben) Baltimore, MD and Tiffany Jamison (Andrew) Akron, OH; sister-in-laws Avis Grosenbaugh and Nancy Grosenbaugh and was a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held January 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44305. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The family suggests donations to Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
