Marie B. McCall, 69, went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2010. Marie worked at East Side Café for many years and was affectionately known as "Mama" or "Nana" to her customers and co-workers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Mary Sanford; sisters, Lorraine Sotkovsky, Katherine Timms, and Carol Sanford; and brother, John Sanford. Survivors include her daughter, Donna (Eddy) Yoder; grandchildren Michael (Linsey) Post and Candice Montelongo; and great-grandson, Jose. Calling hours will be Thursday, 2-4 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with a funeral service at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
