Marie Margaret Curtician
Marie Margaret Curtician, 89, passed away September 22, 2010 at Summit Villa Nursing Home. Marie and her husband lived in Oklahoma for 25 years and more recently in the Akron area. She was born in Mingo, PA to the late Giovanni & Dagani Anna (Domenica) Bertolasio. Marie was a member of the Eagles Lodge #555 and she enjoyed the big bands and ballroom dancing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cornell Curtician in 2005. She is survived by her sons, David P. (Debbie) and Karl J. (Mary Lou) Curtician; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Victor Bertolasio. Friends may call from 6 - 9 on Friday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron where funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Deacon Robin Adair officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 1815 W. Market St., Ste. 301, Akron OH 44313.
