Marilyn M. Giammaria, age 83, passed away peacefully, after battling a long illness, with her family by her side on February 17, 2023.
Marilyn was the beloved wife of Frank Giammaria; loving mother of Mary Hildebrandt, Megan Giammaria and Courtney Milinovich (Nick); dear grandmother of Clare Hildebrandt, Jack and Gia Milinovich; aunt of Dale and Mark Nawrocki; great aunt of Joseph (Mackenzie), Alex and Taylor Nawrocki. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Joseph Michael; sisters, Delores Michael and Dorothy Nawrocki (Dan); niece, Marla Nawrocki.
The family would like to thank the caregivers at Vitalia Senior Living of Westlake and Holy Family Hospice for their loving care of Marilyn.
The funeral Mass will take place Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 450 Dennison Ave., Akron, OH 44312. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cleveland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions or Mass intentions may be made to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church .
