Marjorie R. Heideman

Marjorie R. Heideman, 90, of Silver Lake, passed away December 12, 2004. Marjorie was an elementary school teacher in Illinois for many years and later retired from Nordonia Hills Schools after 11 years of service. She was a member of AARP and the Silver Lake Garden Club. She taught Sunday School at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Her favorite pastimes included gardening, sewing, and reading to children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer. She is survived by her children, Sara of Cuyahoga Falls, Jim of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and John of Houston, Texas; brother, James (Doris) Reynolds of California; and grandson, Aaron Coleman. Family and friends may call on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2141 5th St, Cuyahoga Falls, with Pastor Larry Leuthaeuser officiating. Visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of service. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
