Marjorie Marie Nicely, "Marge", age 102, of Akron, Ohio, died on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the Hospice Care Center in Copley.
She was born in Akron on September 8, 1916, the daughter of the late Claude and Marie Kelly.
Marge was a beautician for many years owning and operating her own shop, Marita's Beauty Shop. She enjoyed going to the Guliford Lake and she was a avid fisherman.
Survivors include her three daughters, Joyce Singleton, Valerie (Robert) DeStefano, and Joan Downing; her seven grandchildren, Denise Hodgekinson, Kirk DeStefano, Jeffrey Bolanz, Renee Soyk, April Evans, David Bolanz, and Kimberly Brown; her 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
Other than her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Nicely.
Memorial services will be held, please contact the family for information.
