Martha L. Adkins

Martha L. Adkins, 83, of Akron, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2002. Martha was a longtime member of the Akron Baptist Temple. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee A. Adkins, three brothers, and two sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Ringeis of Uniontown and Jenette Blair of Akron; son, Dennis Adkins of North Myrtle Beach, SC; sister, Mary Kate Roberts of PA; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Thursday, April 25th from 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Dr. Charles Billington officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Windsong Care Center at Chambrel, 120 Brookmont Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
