Martha M. Faulkner, 82, passed away July 3, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. She traveled the world with her husband while he served in the military. Preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Faulkner. Martha is survived by her daughter, Carol (Jimmy) Schroeder; grandsons, Rick (Michelle) Schroeder, Tim (Andrea) Schroeder and Jack (Melissa) Schroeder; great-grandchildren, Erica, Kyle, Deanna, Drew, Jack and Gwen; sisters, Joan Sivinski and Pat Craig; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held Thursday, July 9, at 11 a.m. with Fr. Jonathan Zingales officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
