Martha M. Gates, 85, passed away December 10, 2009 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Martha was born on March 25, 1924 to the late William and Marie Stiles. Throughout her life, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by sister, Helen Butcher and brother, Edward Stiles. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Robert Gates; sons, John Gates and Robert (Shirley) Gates; sisters, Jean Kester, Ruth Duffield, and Arwilla (David) Parrish; brother, Raymond Stiles; grandchildren, Christopher, Jason, and Tanya; and great-grandchildren, Tristan and McKenna. Per Martha's request, there will be no services.
