Martin D. Ballauer

September 3, 1962 — April 6, 2025

Martin D. "Marty" Ballauer, 62, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on April 6, 2025. He was born on September 3, 1962 the son of Daniel Ballauer and Shirley Skora. He worked many years as a dedicated electrician. He was a proud member of the NRA.

Marty was a man of the outdoors, often finding happiness during his romantic getaways, especially in the scenic Smoky Mountains. In addition to his love for the outdoors, Marty had a great passion for Western movies. These films were not just his pastime; they reflected a part of his personality-bold, adventurous, and spirited.

As a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Marty's legacy will live on through the love he imparted to his family. His presence was a source of strength and warmth, and his laughter and sense of humor will be cherished through the hearts of those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father Daniel Ballauer; and step-father Bill Zbilut: and his beloved mother Shirley.

Marty is survived by his loving wife, together for 28 years, Mollie M. Ballauer; children Steven (Colleen) Walters, Dustin Ballauer, Samantha (Shane) Ballauer-Shively, Shane Charnlvich, and Ashley Ballauer; grandchildren Connor, Alina, Curtis, Zander, Bryce, Mya, Emmalyn, and Lucas; brother Jeffrey (Shannon) Zbilut; nieces Brittany (Ryan) Dannavle and Catlyn Zbilut; nephew Brandon Zbilut; and many friends.

Per Marty's wishes cremation will take place.
