Marvin R. Cumberledge, 75, of Akron, passed away December 17, 2008. Marvin was born in Center Point, West Virginia on August 19, 1933. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking. Marvin was preceded in death by his father, Marvin C. Cumberledge. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Ada Cumberledge; sisters, Loretta Glaze, Martha Beaver, and Virginia George; brothers, Robert (Mary) Cumberledge and Clyde (Rita) Cumberledge; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday from 10 12 followed by a 12 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd.
