Mary Louise Cooper, 66, passed away June 1, 2024 after a brief illness. Born in Akron, Ohio to Oval and Marjorie (Linton) Chapman, she was a lifelong area resident. Mary enjoyed painting, visiting the casino with her sister and niece, thrifting, yard sales, animals and spending time with her family.
Mary will be sadly missed by her husband of 47 years, Allen; daughters, Sarah (Steven) Skibiski, Elizabeth (Robert) Taylor; grandchildren, Olivia, Ophelia, Oasis, Gwendolyn, Sophia, Rinow; siblings, Amy Palmer, Dwain (Cindy) Chapman; many nephews and nieces.
Per Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services. Those who wish make memorial donations in Mary's name to the animal charity of their choice or play the slots at the casino while thinking of Mary.
