Mary Ferraro

Mary Ferraro, 89, of Akron, was reunited with her son, Clem, on his birthday, May 10, 2023. She was born in Johnstown, PA on March 6, 1934 to the late Sotero and Helen {Machik} Rocha.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her son Clement Ferraro and her brother Joseph Rocha.

On June 30, 1956, she married Louis Ferraro, and they spent 66 wonderful years together.

Mary worked as a seamstress for 29 years. She was an active member of Akron Club of the Deaf, often cooking for their fundraisers and gatherings.

Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she loved her family more than anything.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Louis; granddaughter, Christy (Damir) Tupkovic; great-granddaughter Isabella Tupkovic; 6 siblings; many extended family members and dear friends.
