Mary Anna Fruchey
August 3, 1929 — October 25, 2021
Mary Anna Fruchey, age 92 of Akron passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021. A lifelong Akron resident, Mary was born to the late Hans and Henrietta {Gerke} Dahm.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fruchey, grandson Matthew Arnold.
Mary's memory will live on in her children, Roberta (Dave) Arnold and John Fruchey; grandchildren Josh (Holly) Arnold, Jamie and Robert Fruchey; great-grandchildren Isabella, Noah and Sawyer Arnold; sister Clara Dahm.
Mary loved the outdoors, taking care of her garden and was an avid hiker and fisherman.
Per Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of her life will be planned for spring of 2022. To leave a message for Mary's family, please scroll below.
