Mary L. Ochsenbein, 46, of Akron, passed away March 21, 2006. Mary was employed at the Giant Eagle in Stow for over 10 years. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Harold A. Slater. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 27 years, Kim O. Ochsenbein; sons, Jason Adam and Nicholas Allen Ochsenbein; mother, Grace (John) Morrison; sister, Kathy Gower; brothers, Les, Bill (Nancy), and Phillip Slater; several nieces and nephews; one great-nephew and one great-niece; and her special companion, Precious. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Mike Williamson officiating.
