Mary Lou Weidaw

Mary Lou Weidaw, age 83, passed away on March 2, 2013 after a long illness during which she enjoyed watching, outside the living room window, the antics of the squirrels and birds bathing and chasing each other underneath the old willow tree. Mary Lou especially enjoyed visiting her daughter and "the puppies" in Arizona during winters. She was born on September 27, 1929 in Blue Sulfur Springs, WV to the late Grover Lee and Irene Moran.

Preceded in death by her husband, Paul F. Weidaw; brother, Charles Moran and her parents. Survived by her children, David (Linda) Weidaw, Frank Weidaw and Susan Weidaw; grandchildren, David (Nikia) and Jonathan (Rachel) Weidaw; 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Ralph (Joy) Moran, Janice Eastep and Drema (Glenn) McMinn; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM immediately following visitation at the funeral home. Final resting place will be at Hillside Memorial Park in Springfield Twp.
