Mary Papp

Mary T. Papp, 88, passed away peacefully from old age on Monday, April 8, 2002. Mary attended the Firestone Park United Methodist Church for over 60 years. She will always be remembered for her good sense of humor, generosity, and unconditional love for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Papp; parents, Paul and Anna Trpka; daughter-in-law, Barbara J. Papp; eleven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons, John D. and George T. (Judy); grandchildren, Stacey, Jennifer, and George M.; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 11th at 11 a.m. at Firestone Park United Methodist Church, 250 N. Firestone Blvd, with Pastor Max Beery officiating. Friends and family may call from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Firestone Park United Methodist Church, 250 N. Firestone Blvd., Akron, OH 44301.
