Mary S. Peerman of Lawrence Twp. passed away on October 8, 2005. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Beers. She is survived by her husband, Jim, of the residence; two sons, Tim (Laura) Smith of Massillon, OH and Donald (Alan) Smith of Canal Fulton, OH; two grandsons, Scott (Chickadee) Smith of Hartville, OH and Shawn Smith of Massillon, OH; one granddaughter, Loretta Smith of Akron, OH; two great-grandchildren, Ashlee and Collin Smith; mother, Pat Gray of Akron, OH; four brothers, Howard (Shirley) Gray, Harold (Betty Lou) Gray, Carl (Nancy) Gray, and Jim (Arlena) Gray; one sister, Helen Bragg; and many special loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday at 12 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with Pastor Roderick Grabski officiating. Visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association.
