Mary Preisinger, 90, of Akron, passed away April 26, 2008. Mary was born June 14, 1917 in Manhattan, New York. Although small in stature, Mary had a big personality. She was a feisty woman with a great sense of humor. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren and enjoyed life to the fullest. Mary is now reunited with her husband, Lawrence and sons, Butch and Lawrence. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Linda Dambra; sons, Tim and Larry (Cindy) Preisinger; grandchildren, Richard (Kelli) Dambra, Robert (Terri) Dambra, Gina Dambra, Charlie Preisinger, and John Preisinger; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Sophia Dambra and Kathleen Preisinger; and her great friend, Grace Knafel. Per Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service in her honor will be held at a later date.
