Mary Florence Zornes

Mary Florence Zornes (Cline) went home to be with the Lord on March 2, 2017. Mary was born September 15, 1927 in Graysville, Ohio to the late Brade and Georgia Cline.
She graduated from Graysville High School on May 25, 1945, then moved to Akron, where she worked at National News, Mason's, and Zayre's. She retired from Zayre's in 1985. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 57 years, Gerald; sisters, Vivian Rouser and Inez Allen; and brothers, Roger and French Cline.
She is survived by her children, Sandy (Joe) Coffee, Ron (Rose), Bill (Sharon), and Wayne (Joyce) Zornes; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 29 great-great-grandchildren. Mary loved her family dearly and her Goodyear Heights Community Church family. She loved to go fishing and make different crafts, especially her pillow quilts.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 12 noon with Pastor Kevin Price officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
