Maryellen Stalder, 56, of Randolph Twp., passed away January 9, 2010. Maryellen was born in Akron on July 11, 1953. She graduated from Ellet High School and performed as a majorette as a teenager. She was preceded in death by her father, George Moore and brother, Robert Moore. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 29 years, Leon Stalder; mother, Wanda Moore; brother, Bill (Lorna) Moore; stepdaughters, Mitzi (David) Stanley, Patti Cain, and Lori (Mike) Geiger; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
