Melissa Renee Snuffer, 36, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly on January 6, 2023. She was born on April 19, 1986 to Debra Wallin and the late Daniel R. Snuffer.
Melissa will always be loved and dearly missed by loving sons Tyler Snuffer and David Williams; boyfriend, John Blackburn; grandmother Dolores Snuffer; brothers Justin Mervine and Eddie Snuffer; mother Debra Wallin; fur babies Storm, Dogey and Baby Girl.
Melissa could brighten up a room the moment she walked in. She was a great mother and granddaughter, and loved her family more than anything. When she wasn't caring for those she loved, she loved to swim, go fishing, and take her fur babies for long walks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 21 from 10:00 am until the memorial service begins at 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. Inurnment will follow services at Tallmadge Cemetery, where Melissa will be laid to rest with her dad. To leave a special message for the family online, please scroll below.
