Meredith Therese Gabrielle Johnson

Meredith Therese Gabrielle Johnson, 37, passed away peacefully at home on Mother's Day, May 12, 2024. Born in Akron, Ohio, she resided in the area most of her life. After being diagnosed with cancer, Meredith ambitiously attended and graduated from Stark State with an associate's degree while also raising her daughters. She was a strong, positive and loving person who lived life to the absolute fullest. Meredith enjoyed spending time with her family and expanding her creativity in all aspects of art and music, gardening and traveling.

Meredith will be sadly missed by her daughters, Emma, Chloe; parents, Keith Johnson, Catherine Gullia; brothers, Gabriel (Julia) Galletta, Eric (Colleen) Johnson; partner and best friend, Devin Small; nephews, Elijah, Oliver, Myles; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Her life quote was "The best view comes after the hardest climb".

A memorial mass will take place Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2952 Edison St. NW, Uniontown, Ohio 44685. There will be a reception immediately following at the church. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Meredith's name to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
