Merlene J. (nee Lamb) Bush, age 83, passed away, Monday, November 11, 2019.
She was born on April 2, 1936 in Lakemore, the daughter of the late Merle and Roseline (nee Samuels) Lamb.
Other than her parents, Merlene was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Melissa Bush; and her sister, Gloria Barnes.
Survivors include her devoted husband, James "Jim", of 64 years; her daughters, Pam Allen and Beth (Joseph) Staudt; her granddaughters, Madalyn and Lilia; her sister, Delores Ellinger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held.
The family asks that no flowers be sent to them or to the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
