Michael B. Alloway, 57, passed away August 27, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. He was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed watching motor sports. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Bruce F. Alloway, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Mary; daughter, Michelle (Shawn) Jones; son, Michael Alloway; 2 grandchildren; mother, Helen Alloway; brother, Byron (Kathy) Alloway; niece, Tia (Jerry) Foley; nephew, Cody Alloway; and sister-in-law, Karen (Chet) Merrill. Calling hours will be held Monday, August 30, from 5 to 8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where services will be held Tuesday, August 31, at 11 am with Pastor Kim Lawrence officiating. Interment to follow at East Liberty Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Army-Navy Club #273 in Lakemore, OH.
