Michael C. Beck, 59, passed away March 29, 2009. He was an accomplished pilot with his own plane in Texas. Michael was a commercial electrical expediter for Hurst Electric Co. out of Hurst, Texas with 20 years of service. Preceded in death by his parents, Allan E. Sr. and Lorraine Leffler Beck; and sister, Maria. Michael is survived by his brothers, Allan E. Jr., George, Carl, and Joe; sisters, Carol Mann, Mary Elizabeth Mason, Irene Beck, Margaret Robinson, Anne Carmody and Teresa Weinberger; 15 nieces and nephews; 18 great nieces and nephews; and left his loving companion, Simone. The family would like to thank Marcie Jones and Cheryl form Professional Nursing Care, and Joe Beck Jr. for all his help with Uncle Mike. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, April 4, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N.
