Michael E. Gaich

Michael E. Gaich, 75, passed away March 30, 2022. Born in Akron, Ohio to Nicholas and Margaret Mary (Smith) Gaich, most of his life he resided in the Akron/Brimfield area before relocating to Warren late last year. Michael attended grade school at Zion Lutheran Church, High Street, Akron before attending Field High School in Suffield. He worked in production at various places, most recently at Portage County Recycle. He greatly enjoyed drinking ice tea, his cousin's stuffed peppers, as well as going to lunches with his High School Class over the years. Michael served in the US Army from 1966-1968. Wherever he went, Michael always had a camera and took many pictures during family holidays gatherings at his home. Cousins remember fondly when he taught them how to drive and parallel park, LOL!

Our family thanks childhood friend John Watson for always being there for Michael. He is mourned by many cousins.

The graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 5, (Michael's 76th Birthday) 11:00am at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd, Akron 44320.
