Michael Jon Kearns

Michael Jon Kearns, 68, of Akron, passed away on Sunday February 25, 2024. He was born in Akron, Ohio on April 15, 1955 to the late John Joseph and Benna Irene (Kemp) Kearns. He graduated in 1973 from Cuyahoga Falls High School and spent a career as a machine operator most recently at Extruded Silicone Products in Mogadore. He loved riding his motorcycle and fishing with his dogs.
Michael is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Joe and Chrissy Kearns; grandchildren Ben and Bella; brother Mark "Curley" (Pamela) Kearns; niece Benna Kearns; significant other Connie Lee Horvatic and daughter Jaclyn (Jeremy) Allrutz; and other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by brother Scotty Kearns.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
