Michael A. Klepper

Michael A. Klepper, 67, passed away on October 14, 2021 due to complications of COPD and stage 4 lung cancer. Mike was born in Akron, Ohio on August 25, 1954.
He was a dedicated member of Cornerstone Church in Akron where he served as an usher and a volunteer for the City of Lights and the Facility Care Team. He was loved by all his church friends. Mike had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making others laugh. He was a nature lover and could often be found relaxing outdoors.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Baskel Klepper; brother, Roger Klepper; and sister, Susan Klepper Seese. He will be dearly missed by his mother, Dolores Klepper of Suffield; sister, Gail (Terry) Savanich of Rootstown; brother, Roy (Stephanie) Klepper of Suffield; children, Michael Klepper Jr. of San Diego, Cassie Klepper of Wooster, and Ryan Klepper of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Kalie and Race; numerous nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 10-12 followed by a 12 noon funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Church, 2445 S. Arlington Rd., Akron, OH 44319.
