Michael L. Shenigo

Michael L. Shenigo, 40, of Suffield, passed away June 3, 2008. He was born September 26, 1967 in Cuyahoga Falls OH. Michael graduated from Field High School where he was active in sports and later was a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Akron. He worked as an accountant with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and was a member of the Mogadore Moose. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy M. (Kramer) Shenigo. He is survived by his son, Ryan Michael Shenigo; father, Frank J. Shenigo (Donna Jean); brothers, Frank (Jane), Joe (Susy) and Andy (Kelly); sisters, Lynn (Bob) Allison and Mary Shenigo; special companion, Krista Hatala. The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 p.m., Saturday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron with a memorial service beginning at 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made for a Scholarship fund for Ryan to be set up later.
