Michael Lozowy

Michael Lozowy, 68, of Tallmadge, went home to be with the Lord on November 19, 2016. Mike was a very dynamic individual who had many passions and interests, which he used to build a vast network of friends. He retired from Akron Fire Department after 31 years of service and from Tallmadge Fire Department after 26 years of service.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 28 years, Mary Lozowy; children, Michael S., Nicholas P., Michelle L. (Brett) Santantonio, and Matthew R. Lozowy; grandchildren, Jacob R. and Joshua P. Lozowy, Hannah M., Rachel M. and Brevan M. Santantonio; brother, Nikolas Lozowy, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 11 AM until time of funeral service, to include Last Alarm, beginning at 1 PM at FallsCreek Community Church, 149 Northmoreland Ave., Munroe Falls, OH 44262. Private burial will take place at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FallsCreek Community Church.
