Mildred "Millie" Besser, 91, of Tallmadge, passed away Monday September 24, 2018.
Millie was born September 8, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Matthew and Sophia Lukacevich, and the step-daughter of Anthony Petrovic.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Stanley E. Besser; sons, Stanley "Chuck" Besser, and John Besser.
Millie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Shawn Besser; daughter-in-law, Marybeth Battaglia Besser; grandchildren, Michael, Kenley, and Kevin Besser; great-granddaughter, Kailyn Besser; sister, Sophie Byrd, and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful hospice nurses and nurses aides for all their loving care.
A funeral mass will take place at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church 73 North Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278 on Saturday September 29, 2018 at 11:30am. Visitation will take place from 10am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
