Mildred Ridenour
Mildred Ridenour, 87, of Akron, passed away November 28, 2008. Mildred was born on December 24, 1920 in Weaver, West Virginia. She was a longtime member of Home Missionary Baptist Church. She had many interests, including camping and putting together puzzles. Mildred will always be remembered for her generous and helpful spirit and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jakie Ridenour and grandson, Robert Lewis. She is survived by her children, Betty (J.R.) Cable, Roger (Karen) Ridenour, Brenda (Don) Condos, and Loretta (Gary) Walleen; sisters, Georgia Baker, Joanne Dennison, and Carol Harvey; brother, Lester (Dorothy) Elbon; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter, Jaydalyn. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 12 followed by a 12 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
